Ca's Sereno is a family business located in the heart of Inca, which produces Majorcan artisan sausages. They produce sobrasada, botifarrons, camallot and varia, among others.
Miquel Llobera is at the head of a business with a long tradition in his family. Both great-grandfather and grandfather Tomeu were livestock farmers. His parents founded the current shop in 1979 to sell their own sausages, and his father, Tomeu Llobera de Ca's Sereno, passed on the family business to his son Miquel in 2016.
The current butcher's shop has already been in business for over four decades now, serving customers from Inca, the region and the whole island, who come to Avinguda Reis Catòlics, 58, to buy their sausages. Father and son still work together and maintain the legacy of Ca's Sereno and the commitment to tradition and excellence.
