Building from the Baroque period (17th-18th century), it consists of two floors with a stone cornice. Notably, the solid stone portal framed by a lintel with a “conopial notch” in the center stands out. Above the portal’s lintel, there is a simple molded dripstone. Meanwhile, the upper floor features two windows with molded sills, and solid stone jambs and lintels. The room is covered by a beamed ceiling supported by a wrought-iron pillar that holds up the main beam.
