Covered Municipal Market

It is a building with an avant-garde design that was constructed over the old market from the 1960s and inaugurated in 2010. The market features 12 stalls that include two butcher shops, a bakery, a spice shop, a bar, a dried fruit and nut shop, a prepared food stall, and four fruit and vegetable stands.

It also features a two-story underground parking garage to make parking easier for residents and visitors. The Covered Market serves as a driving force and a benchmark in the city’s social and commercial spheres.
